My labels are printed in the wrong format for my printer. How do I change this?

By default, ShipStation will print labels in a 4×6 format suitable for thermal label printers. If you use an inkjet printer to print multiple labels on a standard letter size sheet, you can change the output format.

To change your label format, navigate to Settings > General Settings. Under “Shipping Labels” change the value of “Label Format” to the setting you prefer.
